We're really trying to stimulate things 'round here, so we're offering up 4x4ROCKSHOP coupon codes for future purchases when you buy select Bully Dog products. No, not some outdated piece nobody wants anymore. This is the latest, greatest, bestest stuff they've got - the PMT, the Triple Dog and the E3!
We are now direct with RECON. Because of this, we have lowered the pricing on the JK LED lights to $99.95 with FREE SHIPPING! We will also be adding the entire RECON product line to our site shortly.
We've teamed up with Kilby Enterprises to make your holiday season rock! Nobody wants to hear any more about prices of steel, prices of gas, prices of shipping. Enough already!
WARNing! We just got notice from Warn that they will begin a Minimum Advertised Price policy on January 1, 2009. This will most likely mean a price increase of just about everything we sell. We do not have details yet, but we are very competitive on the line, so we have reason to believe that our prices will go up at that time.

I am very excited that the Phillies won the World Series this week. I grew up at Veteran's Stadium. We had season tickets for the Phillies and the Eagles, as well as the Flyers and '76ers, who played at the nearby Spectrum back in those days. It's been ages since my personal exodus from Philly but I'll never forget some of the great sports moments my Dad and I shared there.
Man is this thing cool! Ever want to shoot your own driving videos? You know, hang a camera off the side of the rig and hit the trails, all the while shooting your monster mudders climbing over the big rocks?
Argh! Another great company has bitten the dust. This week it's Poison Spyder Customs. It's a real shame to lose these guys. We were one of their very first dealers when Clifton Slay started up his company.
Well, the ride was a great success! I raised lots of money for march of dimes and had a great day on the bike. My tour for the day was just over 350 miles! My back side's a little sore but it was all worth it.
Just thought I'd share a little bit of some personal news. This last week we spent almost every night manning our booth at the Shelby County Fair, here in Columbiana, Alabama. Now if you ain't from around here, the county fair is the real deal. We're not just talkin' rides, games and greasy food. Oh, no, the county fair's got exhibits and competitions for everything from livestock to canning to quilts to photography and, my favorite, baked goods.
Hunting season is upon us and down here in the South, it's very evident. We are now a CamoWraps dealer and can get anything you want, from full wraps, to accent kits to decals. We've used the competition and we like the look of the CamoWraps print the best.
You may have seen these in some of the outdoors and 4WD magazines lately. Bug Out Bagz are here at 4x4ROCKSHOP!
Just announced this morning, Rough Country has a brand-spakin' new 6" kit for you Jeep JK guys. Will a full bevy of control arms and bracketry, this looks to be a pretty complete kit.
Because of my own experience with premature birth, I am a big supporter of the march of dimes. So, each year, when the Off Camber 4WD club, based in Georgia, has their fund raising event at Morris Mountain ORV Park, we are proud to participate.
As you may or may not know, Rock Hard has changed their powdercoating from smooth black to textured black.
OK so there's this gadget called the Swift Hitch. Very cool. Essentially, it's a magnetic camera that wirelessly sends it's color signal to a hand-held receiver. It's intention is to make hooking up a trailer by yourself simple. Just pop it on the tailgate and back up, drop the trailer on the ball and you're good to go.
Interesting new kit for you TJ guys wanting to run 31's (or 32's with a body lift) from Rough Country. While most "budget boosts" are 2 inch (ok, really 1.75"), this kit is 2.5" and uses springs instead of spacers to achieve the lift. In addition, it uses jounce bumpers on the shocks to act as bump stops. The kit also uses different front springs, depending on the engine onboard. Nice.
Today I thought I'd just link over to a story I just wrote for ROCKCRAWLER.com. It's a quick look at the Rugged Roll Work Seat from Step2 - yeah, the guys that make those groovy blow-molded kid toys and playgrounds. Anyway, check it out - especially if you have kids. You'll fit right in when you work on your next project. :)
Got a CarCareONE card? If not, get one here:
Yep, you read it right. We've got the Warn M8000 With Roller on sale for $599.95 SHIPPED! No secret fees or anything silly like that. $599.95 gets it to you anywhere in the lower 48 states. Of course, if you are in AL you will pay tax.
OK, we admit it - we're overstocked and need to get rid of some of these darned t-shirts! Seriously, though, these shirts rock. I mean, they are Life is good for cryin' out loud. They are $20 all-cotton t-shirts with a vintage-looking truck on them. Yeah, yeah, we know, we're doing a truck t-shirt with Jeep parts but do you really care? It's a free t-shirt, dude!
So while supplies last (or until we come to our senses), these Go Series t-shirts are FREE when you purchase a JKS81009904 TJ 1.25" body lift/1" motor mount lift combo. It's like getting a free fruit pie when you buy a Combo #1.
We've got an awesome special right now on Body Armor 4x4 54" rear bumper/tire carriers for you guys with CJs or '97-'06 Wranglers (TJ). Normally, $999.95, for a limited time, we are selling them for $699.95 with Free Shipping! Yes, $300 off! These are ready to ship, so what are you waiting for?
These guys are ready to ship next week and we not only have a limited-time exclusive on them but we're also doing FREE SHIPPING, too!
After a reeeeeeeeeallllly long wait, Alloy USA has finally shipped out some Dana 44 rear axles for us. They'll fit your Jeep TJ (disk or drum brake) or Cherokee. We sell them unassembled or assembled.
We do a lot of recycling here at the shop. When we can, we re-use shipping boxes to send out packages. So, for example, don't be surprised if you get a box that says "Frozen Waffles, Keep Cool" on it or it may have a big ol' Amazon smiley logo on it.
Looks like I've let the news stack up a bit so here's a boatload in one shot.
TJ engines run hot. Add in summer's high temperatures, crawling on the trails or sitting in traffic and you have a recipe for overheating. The solution? The Aluminum Customs Cyclone Hood Panel Insert.
If you want some big time gains in power, you need to check out UNICHIP. We carry the whole lineup but right now we only have Jeep TJ and JK models on our site, because we're expecting a very significant price increase in the next week or two ($100 or more is what we're told).
In the spirit of all things Spring and community involvement, we're so very proud to be sponsoring the Chelsea Youth League 7/8 year old Rockies baseball team.
JKS has always made a great tie rod for the Jeep TJ/XJ/ZJ. But we always wanted something a little thicker, and oh - you know - already black so we didn't have to paint the darned thing. It was always hard to sell a guy with a taco'd tie rod a new one, then tell him, by the way, you have to paint it first before you put it on."
Many of you may be aware ofthe Four Wheeler Magazine Top Truck Challenge that's held each year in Hollister, California. We just got a call from one of our customers, Rob Murphy, who is in this year's running.
That's what the Shelby County Reporter called their article about us in today's edition. Honestly, sometimes I think the same thing! I mean, let's face it, we don't exactly sell things people need, right? So when times are hard like now with the economy, guys like us have to hunker down a bit and remember why we got into this business in the first place - because we love Jeeps, trucks, off-roading and the great outdoors.
Is bling your thing? Well, if so, we've got the entire RealWheels lineup for Jeep JKs online now. We spent most of our day doing it, so at least have a look, ok?
