Thanks to HG4x4

I just wanted to send out a thanks to the gang at Higher Ground 4x4 out in Arizona. You know, there are customers who give thanks to us for taking care of them well and, of course, we try to take care of everyone well, but some of you go beyond the call to say thanks and it always makes our day.

One group that has done that is HG4x4. Each year, they put together a calendar with 12 of the best shots of their members out playing on the trails. Last year was great and we have it hanging behind the counter in our store. This year, however, they have raised the bar so high that I think it's better than even the Sidekick Off Road calendars that have been around for years. The photos are great, as is the graphic design of the calendar itself. And to top it off, you can actually write stuff in the date squares, which, amazingly, is not standard for all calendars!

I don't know exactly when but we will remain in full compliance as soon as their policy comes through. What a Warm December 12th!

So last week it was below 30 degrees here in Alabama. Fine December weather! This week, not so much. It was 78 yesterday and should be again today. It's been making for a lot of fog and some of us have been showing off our nice, pale, ankles while we wear our shorts.

My First Blog Post

Alright, here it is, the official 4x4ROCKSHOP blog, aka "4x4ROCKBLOG" from here on out. No, blogging is nothing new to me, but this time, I swear, I'll try to do it more often.
